What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Equity Associate Attorney position at LHH?
LHH is working with an AmLaw & Vault 50 ranked firm that is seeking a Private Equity Associate for their Boston office.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the full lifecycle of acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth investments, and other strategic transactions.
- Advise on sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals for market-leading investment funds.
- Collaborate with nationally recognized attorneys across finance, tax, executive compensation, antitrust, restructuring, and other specialty practices.
- Build direct client relationships while taking on increasing ownership of sophisticated transactions.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of private equity experience from a leading law firm.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
- Outstanding academic credentials and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Massachusetts Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in).
