Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies across various states
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies
- Register new company entities in applicable states
- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries
- Manage HRIS tasks including new hires, terminations, PTO reconciliation, and garnishments
- Reconcile monthly insurance invoices and track premium payments
- Initiate COBRA events and assist with ACA tracking
- Perform quarterly 401(k) audits and support headcount reporting
- Track temporary employee invoicing and coordinate birthday appreciation treats
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
