This position will sit on the Payment Support team, where you will oversee daily ACH, wire, and check transaction processing, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding member service. Location: Onsite in Denver, CO
Work Type: Direct hire
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily processing of ACH, wire, and check transactions
- Ensure compliance with NACHA, Federal Reserve, and other relevant regulations
- Manage, train, and develop Payment Support staff
- Act as subject matter expert for payment operations
- Respond to member and internal requests, disputes, and escalations
- Drive process improvements and support technology upgrades
- Prepare reports and assist with regulatory audits
- Collaborate with other departments and partners to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- AAP certification, preferred
- 7 years of experience in ACH, wire, or check processing
- 3 years of staff management experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
