Marketing Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an automotive services client in Troy, Michigan, to identify a Marketing Coordinator for an immediate contract opportunity. This position is expected to last at least 3–4 months and offers the opportunity to support a busy marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a highly organized marketing professional who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and support a variety of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, experience developing marketing materials, and expertise using Canva.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute various marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create and update marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials
- Develop engaging content utilizing Canva for internal and external communications
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of marketing projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist with B2B marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Track project timelines and provide project status updates as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience required
- Advanced proficiency with Canva is required
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing competing deadlines
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and best practices
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required
