LHH is partnering with a well-respected law firm in Boca Raton to hire an experienced Legal Assistant with a strong background in estate planning and supporting high-net-worth clients. Position Overview
The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in the estate planning practice group by preparing documents, managing client communications, and ensuring an exceptional experience for high-net-worth individuals and families. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and proofread estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client communications
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files
- Assist with client intake and ensure a high-touch service experience
- Support case preparation, document execution, and follow-up tasks as needed
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the estate planning team
Qualifications
- 2 years of legal assistant or paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management software a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
