This opportunity offers the ability to design and scale enterprise-wide learning strategies while partnering closely with executive leadership to align talent initiatives with business growth.


The Learning & Talent Development Manager will serve as a key architect of the organization’s talent strategy, overseeing learning programs, leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives. This role blends strategy with execution—ideal for someone who thrives in building programs from the ground up while delivering meaningful business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Talent Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and talent strategy aligned to business objectives and future workforce capabilities.
  • Establish scalable frameworks for onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning.
  • Position talent development as a driver of employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.

Succession Planning & Leadership Development:

  • Lead enterprise succession planning initiatives ensuring readiness for critical roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess bench strength and identify capability gaps.
  • Design targeted development programs for emerging and high-potential leaders.

Onboarding & Manager Development:

  • Build and enhance structured onboarding programs to accelerate employee ramp-up and productivity.
  • Develop leadership training programs that strengthen manager effectiveness and consistency.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through leadership alignment and capability building.

Career Pathing & Internal Mobility:

  • Create clear career pathways and development frameworks that promote internal advancement.
  • Enable performance management through tools, resources, and manager coaching.
  • Align talent development strategies with recruiting and workforce planning efforts.

Learning Program Design & Delivery:

  • Design and facilitate a variety of learning experiences including instructor-led, digital, and blended programs.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver high-impact content.
  • Develop curriculum, toolkits, and learning resources across all organizational levels.

LMS Administration & Talent Analytics:

  • Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration, ensuring adoption, functionality, and data integrity.
  • Track and analyze key learning and talent metrics such as readiness, promotions, and development outcomes.
  • Use data insights to continuously refine programs and inform decision-making.

Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership readiness.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to align talent initiatives.
  • Support the evolution of HR into a strategic, data-driven function.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field. Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Succession Planning.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS administration.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable leadership and development programs.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CPTD, CPLP, or coaching credentials.
  • Experience working in multi-site or growth-oriented organizations.


Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000
