- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to guide financial decisions and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for corporate functions
- Analyze financial results, identify key trends and drivers, and communicate insights to leadership
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational planning
- Provide data-driven insights to improve cost management and overall business performance
- Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4 years of FP&A experience
- Advanced financial modeling experience
- Experience in a multi-entity healthcare environment
