Financial Analyst
Location: Franklin, KY
Schedule: Onsite 5 days per week with occasional work-from-home flexibility
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually bonus opportunity
Position Overview
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Franklin, KY to hire a Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and accounting and wants to do more than simply produce reports.
The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end activities, and strategic initiatives while digging into data to identify trends and help solve business problems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Support month-end close through financial analysis and reporting
- Develop Excel-based reports, dashboards, and financial models
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with pricing analysis and strategic business initiatives
- Partner with accounting and finance team members on cross-functional projects
- Use AI, automation, and technology to improve analytical and reporting processes
- Research complex or ambiguous business questions and recommend solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with both finance and accounting functions
- Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools in a professional environment
- Ability to work onsite in Franklin, KY
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a distribution environment
- NetSuite experience
- Power BI or similar reporting/BI experience
- Accounting experience or strong accounting knowledge
- Exposure to product development or product-based organizations
