Field Construction Coordinator

Our client is a leading provider of engineering and consulting services, offering specialized support in project management and full-cycle project development. We are currently seeking Field Construction Coordinators for openings in Oneonta and Lancaster, NY.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job start meetings with each Division Line Operation for work involving pole groundline inspection and treatment, wood pole restoration, steel pole and tower inspection and repair, and aluminum bell base insulator replacement.
• Coordinate job start sessions at each service center, ensuring contractor inspectors and field supervisors are included.
• Provide technical specifications, oversee material coordination, and address any technical inquiries from field teams.
• Identify and report potential hazard conditions observed in the field.
• Perform quality assurance checks for contractor installations, including C-Truss installations for transmission and distribution structures and wood pole restoration work.

Qualifications

• Experience in field construction coordination or a similar field-based role.
• Strong technical understanding of pole and tower inspection, restoration, and repair processes.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English (B2–C1 level).
