What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles.
- Partner with clients to define strategic hiring needs and craft winning recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and strong client relationships.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and creative marketing.
- Stay ahead of market trends and act as a subject matter expert in HR, Engineering, and Supply Chain recruiting.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years on “360” recruiting experience or 3 years in B2B sales in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A sales-driven mindset—you’re competitive, persistent, and love the hunt.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- Process driven and
- Tech-savvy with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
