Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Type: Direct Hire
- Location: Nashville, TN.
- Compensation: $65,000-$72,000
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM start, ending between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM CST depending on business needs.
- Provides administrative support to the President including but not limited to calendar management, processing expense reports, and booking travel arrangements.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences including site selection, materials, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and post-meeting action plans.
- Manage office supply inventory and administrative tools, and maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment for team members and guests.
- Manage personal financial tasks including credit card accounts, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform data entry, prepare expense reports, and handle tax submissions.
- Maintain personal records, contact databases, and handle confidential information.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Support special projects and initiatives by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- 15 years of experience as an Executive and Personal Assistant.
- Experience with C-Suite executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, assertive, and good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and data entry.
- Ability to work well with a leadership team.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
