HH is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a Naples-based legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients in all phases of trust and estate administration.
Responsibilities
- Prepare probate pleadings, trust and estate accountings, and federal estate tax returns.
- Perform funding calculations and assist with the administration of trusts and estates.
- Draft correspondence, client communications, and legal documents related to estate administration.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical client files.
- Assist attorneys with client meetings, document review, and case management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met.
- Use legal software and tools to support case preparation and management.
Qualifications
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate.
- 5 years of experience in all aspects of trusts and estates administration.
- Strong communication and mathematical skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant legal software a plus.
