Escrow Support Supervisor | Leading Real Estate Services Firm
We’re seeking an experienced Escrow Support Supervisor to lead a high‑volume, centralized production team supporting the initiation and closing of residential escrow transactions. If you’re a hands-on leader who excels under pressure and thrives in fast‑paced, deadline-driven environments, this role offers the opportunity to drive quality, compliance, and performance while supporting exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a centralized escrow processing team, overseeing daily workflow in a high-volume environment
- Maintain accountability for productivity, quality, turnaround times, and SLAs
- Monitor workloads, adjust staffing priorities, and approve overtime during peak cycles
- Review escrow documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, resolving escalated or complex issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies, escrow procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with branch teams to communicate expectations, updates, and quality standards
- Prepare and present production, quality, and performance reports to leadership
- Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and address performance issues as needed
- Lead process improvements, system updates, and workflow enhancements
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of escrow procedures, documentation, and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow-related systems
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver direction and constructive feedback
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
📍Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
💵Pay: $26–$28/hr.
