Title: Trust Accounting Associate

Pay: $22-25/hour, based on experience
Location: Century City - Onsite
We are looking for entry-level accounting candidates with 3 months of accounting experience, who is looking to grow their accounting skills/knowledge. This opportunity is located in Century City.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve cash receipts and match/apply to payments on booking reports
- Correct any inaccurate receipts by issuing refunds or transferring funds if necessary
- Attach backup records to payments
- Research and resolve any discrepancies
- Work closely with agents/clients regarding any inquiries or issues with payments
- Work closely with colleagues in the Trust Accounting team
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Must have 3 years Finance/Accounting experience
- Experience reconciling accounts, statements, etc. and resolving discrepancies
- Entertainment experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team and represent the culture of the company
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment
- Unimpeachable integrity and can be trusted to maintain confidential information
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
