Instrumentation & Controls Supervisor
Location: Frederick, MD
Salary: $120,000 to $165,000
Seeking an experienced supervisor to lead technicians in troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing control systems, instrumentation, and electrical utilities. This role also oversees automation improvements through PLC/HMI programming and hardware upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical and controls projects and team performance.
- Resolve issues impacting production efficiency and uptime.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and lead training.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years manufacturing experience.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in PLC (Siemens), HMI (Aveva), and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:
