What they’re looking for:
- Strong FP&A background with ownership of budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical experience
- Experience developing reporting and insights for executive leadership
- Proven people leadership experience
- Exposure to M&A, acquisitions, licensing, or other strategic finance initiatives
- Interest or experience using AI and technology to improve finance processes
- Experience in a complex, sophisticated organization; healthcare, life sciences, research, or related industries is a plus
The opportunity:
- Direct partnership with the CFO
- Leadership of three Financial Analysts
- Broad exposure across FP&A and strategic finance
- Opportunity to modernize processes and apply AI within finance
- Hybrid schedule in Phoenix, AZ
