Role Description The Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading TruBadger’s financial strategy, planning, and performance analytics. This role oversees long-term financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic modeling to support tokenomics and product development decisions. The Senior Director will prepare, review, and refine financial models that assess the impact of deflationary mechanisms, token burns, and new initiatives, and will communicate insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational data, producing timely financial and management reports, monitoring variances against plan, and recommending corrective actions. The role also partners cross-functionally with product, technology, and operations teams to evaluate business cases, optimize capital allocation, and ensure financial discipline in a fast-moving cryptocurrency environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills, including experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a high-growth or digital asset environment.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities, with the ability to build, interpret, and present complex models related to tokenomics, revenue, and profitability.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing management reports, dashboards, and analytics for executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Background in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech, with familiarity in deflationary token structures and token-burning mechanisms strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proficiency with financial and data tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, financial planning platforms, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing FP&A teams or cross-functional projects, and the ability to influence decisions in a remote, distributed environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
