What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a high-growth parts distributor with offices in the north Oklahoma City, OK area to fill a Director of Finance position. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the leadership team. This is an onsite role and will require monthly travel within the Midwest.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a “figure-it-out” mentality, be naturally curious, and demonstrate a strong bias toward action.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly close, FP&A, and financial reporting across multiple locations
- Assist with system conversions and process improvements
- Lead and support ad hoc financial and strategic projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience demonstrating career progression
- Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
