Customer Success Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Clackamas, OR. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams, helping manage customer data, reporting, renewals, and workflow systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Location: 100% onsite in Clackamas, OR
Duration: Direct Hire
Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21.65 to $31.25 per hour ($45,032 – $65,000 annually), depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer dashboards and workflow systems
- Track renewals, contracts, and customer engagement data
- Create reports and analyze customer metrics and trends
- Maintain accurate information in CRM and related systems
- Partner closely with sales and operations teams
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
- Communicate primarily through email and internal systems
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer success, sales operations, or customer service
- Strong technical aptitude and systems-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Experience with monday.com required
- Analytics and reporting experience preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $45,032 - $65,000
