Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing communications, problem-solving, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications

- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive interactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
