What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules
- Support external audits and coordinate audit-related requests
- Evaluate and implement accounting policies and standards
- Perform analysis related to inventory, costing, and operational variances
- Review job costing, production activity, and expense allocations
- Track capital projects, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
- Assist with indirect tax support and compliance activities
- Support system implementations and ongoing process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Strengthen internal controls and support compliance initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing and/or cost accounting exposure preferred
- Experience with inventory, standard costing, or variance analysis
- Strong foundation in financial reporting and audit support
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a lean, hands-on environment
- Strong communication skills with both finance and operational teams
