Transactional Legal Assistant - with extensive Corporate / M&A experience
Downtown Dallas | Full‑Time | Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partner and a team of attorneys in a collaborative, high‑performing law firm environment. This role is primarily transactional, with a focus on corporate and M&A support.

What You’ll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative legal support to 4 attorneys
- Handle billing, document management, and transactional filings
- Coordinate IT‑related requests within the finance group
- Support attorneys through a pod system and firmwide ticketing system (ARC)
- Assist with drafting and preparing transactional and corporate documents
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of legal administrative experience
- Transactional legal experience required; corporate/M&A strongly preferred
- Strong billing, document management, and multi‑attorney support skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Aderant experience a plus
- Professional, team‑oriented, and detail‑driven
