What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Controller position at LHH?
Strong Corprate Controller with CPA or public/private background needed for large scale company located near West Covina, Ca. This is an onsite role paying 175-210k plus bonus. Looking for a strategic, collaborative, detailed individual with strong technical accounting skills.
Responsibilties will include:
- Oversees and manages month, quarter and year end close process.
- Leads and manages all audits which includes financial audit, tax, payroll, etc...
- Coordinates annual budgeting process
- Partners and asissts with due diligence for M&A.
- Maintains and implement internal controls.
- Oversees timely and accurate financial reporting and operational results.
- Strategies with C- Suite Executives on business plans and growth.
- Manages, trains and evaluates team members.
- Responsible for tax, treasury and financial planning and analysis and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required. MBA a plus.
- CPA required
- Straight from public accounting at a mangerial level or public/private background needed.
- Min of 10 years of accounting experience.
- Must have a supervisory experience.
- Adv Excel user
- Strong understanding of job costing.
- Strong accounting, analysis and FPA experience
