Pharmaceutical Litigation Associate – Mass Tort & Complex PI
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Remote option available for strong candidates outside Dallas
Compensation: $60 - $63 per hour discretionary bonus

About the Role
Join a leading plaintiffs’ firm handling high-stakes mass tort litigation involving pharmaceutical and medical device cases. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career attorney eager to gain hands-on experience with complex cases—not your typical slip-and-fall or auto accident work. You’ll manage a high volume of cases (hundreds monthly) and play a critical role in discovery and filings under tight deadlines.
What You’ll Do
- Handle pharmaceutical and medical device personal injury/products liability cases from intake through settlement
- Assess potential cases based on medical records and client information
- Draft pleadings, file cases, respond to discovery
- Communicate with clients, bankruptcy trustees, and probate counsel
- Provide litigation support across multiple mass tort actions
- Manage deadlines and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- JD and Texas Bar admission required
- Experience: 1–5 years (PI or mass tort preferred; prior success with PI attorneys from firms like Thomas J. Henry)
- Strong research and writing skills; experience drafting briefs and responding to discovery
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred Skills
- Deposition experience (defending/taking)
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong time management
