The firm is looking for an experienced paralegal with strong commercial litigation experience to support attorneys in high-stakes matters.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions
- Coordinating and managing case files, deadlines, and trial preparation
- Assisting with deposition and hearing preparation
- Conducting legal research and summarizing findings
- Managing e-discovery and document production
- Liaising with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
