We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a Miami law firm. The firm is known for its elite trial teams and complex commercial litigation work. This position offers a collaborative culture, sophisticated cases, and hybrid flexibility (one day in office)
Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and prepare pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and discovery responses
- Organize and manage case files and databases (electronic and hard copy)
- Handle e-filing in state and federal courts (PACER/ECF)
- Prepare trial exhibits, witness binders, and courtroom logistics
- Track case deadlines, maintain calendars, and support attorneys through all phases of litigation
- Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with AmLaw and complex trial matters strongly preferred
- Trial attendance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation tools like Relativity, CaseMap, or TrialDirector
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
