- Commercial / business disputes
- Real estate and construction-related litigation (including defects and disputes)
- Eminent domain / condemnation, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants
- Business divorces and ownership disputes
- Non-compete enforcement
- Zoning / land use–adjacent issues
- Bankruptcy-related disputes
- Labor & Employment–adjacent issues

- Salary: $120,000–$160,000 (based on experience fit)
- Bonuses: multi-component structure (objective tiered discretionary)
