This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, production-driven environment. The organization is experiencing significant growth and scaling operations, creating strong demand for an accounting leader who can balance technical accounting expertise with operational partnership. Compensation Base: $125,000 – $140,000 Bonus: 15% target About the Role The Assistant Controller will serve as a key partner to regional and operational leadership, overseeing core accounting functions while driving process improvements across a complex manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and financial reporting, along with exposure to cost accounting and inventory-driven operations. You will play a critical role in strengthening financial processes, improving close timelines, and supporting continued business growth.
