What you’ll be doing:
- Review and accurately record vendor invoices
- Process employee expense reports
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
- Ensure compliance with approved vendor and expense policies
- Maintain 1099s and prepare year-end reporting
- Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues
- Prepare check, ACH, and wire payment batches during scheduled AP runs
What they’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- $35-$40 an hour based on experience
