Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review WIP schedules, job cost reports, and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Oversee AIA billing and lien waiver processes
- Analyze project costs, profitability, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow and forecasting
- Lead and develop accounting staff
Qualifications
- Strong construction accounting background; subcontractor experience preferred
- Strong job costing and WIP reporting experience
- Percentage-of-completion accounting experience
- AIA billing and lien waiver experience
- Strong month-end close ownership and leadership experience
- Procore highly preferred; experience with Sage 300 or other large ERP systems preferred
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
