Accounting Manager – Construction

Responsibilities
- Oversee project accounting activities, including WIP reporting, job costing, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
- Review AIA billings, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and construction draws.
- Partner with project managers and operations leaders to analyze project performance and profitability.
- Lead month-end close activities and prepare financial reporting packages.
- Mentor and develop junior accounting team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience within construction accounting.
- Strong knowledge of WIP schedules, job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and AIA billing.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Procore, Sage 300, Viewpoint, CMiC, or similar platforms.
- Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
