The Accountant will support day-to-day accounting functions while gaining exposure to financial reporting, general ledger activity, and cross-functional business processes. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare account reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with financial reporting and data analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify financial information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as requested
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data organization, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Internship experience in accounting, finance, or related field
- Exposure to accounting software or ERP systems
- Interest in pursuing CPA or other professional certifications

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
