This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with documents, understands the importance of accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.About the RoleAs a Seasonal Tax Administrative Assistant, you will play a key part in preparing client information for individual tax returns. You'll work with both paper and electronic files, identify the materials needed for tax preparation, and ensure all documents are properly scanned, stored, and organized. Your work will help the tax team remain efficient, accurate, and compliant throughout the season.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Review client tax materials-digital and hard copy-to determine which items are required for 1040 preparation.Organize and prep paper documentation following internal procedures and best practices.Scan and upload tax documents into the firm's secure document management system.Build electronic file binders and upload materials into the organizing software.Stay up to date on document-handling protocols, binder creation steps, and scanning workflows.Protect the confidentiality and privacy of all client information at every stage of the process.Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed during tax season.What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow established procedures and maintain accuracyComfort working with both paper and electronic recordsFamiliarity with scanning and document-management tools (preferred)Commitment to handling sensitive information with discretionAbility to work efficiently during high-volume periodsPay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hourSearch managed by: Marissa Moore Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
