We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Relocation Coordinator to join our clients' team on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating client relocation activities, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the moving process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic relocation services for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the relocation process.
- Schedule and manage moving services and related logistics.
- Track relocation expenses and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor relocation progress and proactively resolve issues or delays.
- Prepare reports, update databases, and maintain relocation files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relocation agreements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
- 2 years of experience
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- $20/hr - $26/hr depending on experience
