Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly or biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Review and validate timecards, pay rates, deductions, and garnishments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Respond to employee payroll-related questions
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations
- Support year-end payroll tasks as needed (W-2s, audits, tax reporting)
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams
- 3 years of hands-on payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Paychex, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
