Job Title: Payroll/Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Benicia, CASalary: $75,000-$85,000 annually DOELHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll/Human Resources Generalist to join our clients team in Benicia. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and bring hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR administration, and employee support. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payroll operations and supporting a positive and compliant HR environment.In this position, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll, audit timecards, reconcile payroll reports, and assist with benefits administration.
