The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and bring hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR administration, and employee support. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payroll operations and supporting a positive and compliant HR environment.In this position, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll, audit timecards, reconcile payroll reports, and assist with benefits administration.
