LHH has an immediate opening for a temporary Part-time Office Administrator with our client in Chesterfield, VA. This role is on-site Monday - Friday and the work hours are 8 am - 12 noon.

- Manage incoming calls by answering and directing them promptly and with professionalism.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and courteous experience upon arrival.
- Prepare and process outgoing correspondence, including mail and fax communications as needed.
- Keep program registrations, attendance records, and database information accurate and up to date.
- Organize and maintain administrative files to ensure records are current and easily accessible.
- Monitor office supply levels and coordinate ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Participate in required trainings and attend scheduled staff meetings.
