Medical Front Office Admin LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Front Office Admin for our healthcare client located in the Stadium area of Tacoma. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity covering a leave. This role will be focused on all aspects of the front office and will focus on patient check in and out, phone and email correspondence, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and ensuring patients are aware of same day appointment instructions and/or specific details. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years medical administrative experience
  • Must be proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and in-person
  • Excellent ability to work well independently and multitask
Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
