LHH has partnered with a great firm who is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team supporting attorneys in complex litigation and investigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-level cases involving government and internal investigations, securities litigation, and commercial disputes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with litigation and enforcement actions, including document management and e-discovery.Coordinate with clients, expert witnesses, and regulatory agencies during investigations.Manage large volumes of documents, including subpoena responses and productions.Support fact development, witness preparation, and trial/deposition logistics.Draft and proof legal documents, correspondence, and filings.Perform legal research using PACER, Lexis-Nexis, and other resources.Maintain accurate calendars, case files, and privilege logs.Ensure compliance with court rules and citation standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate.Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or similar environment.Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tools (Relativity required).Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Must be able to work overtime as needed.Additional DetailsSchedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)Location: Newport Beach, CAPaid parking provided.Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annuallyBenefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage starting day one; 401(k) eligibility after six months; profit-sharing after two years; discretionary bonuses; paid parking; generous PTO and holiday schedule.This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
