Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing support on HR-related inquiries including payroll, benefits, and HR systems
- Manage high-volume employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
- Administer and track leave of absence requests (FMLA, ADA, and other leave types), ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
- Support workplace incident reporting and documentation, including coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment support and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Partner with vendors (e.g., payroll/HRIS providers) to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Support onboarding and general HR processes as needed
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively
- Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (fully onsite)
- This is a critical hire due to team growth and workload demands
