HR Generalist

LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for an HR Generalist. This role will direct hire with a full benefits package and will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $65-70k. This role will be focused on employee relations and supporting the HR department with administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR department with administrative duties
• Add new hire information to HRIS
• Assist with new hire benefits enrollment
• Act as first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, or general HR requests
• Update and maintain employee records/files

Qualifications:

• Must be able to adapt and handle multi-tasking within HR
• Experience as HR Assistant or HR Generalist required
• Must have strong communication skills
• Comfortability using Excel and HRIS
