Key Responsibilities
- Assist with FMLA filings and leave of absence documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow?ups
- Assist with onboarding and new?hire documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR files with strict confidentiality
- Respond to employee questions related to HR processes and policies
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Previous experience handling FMLA administration and documentation
- Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR systems
- Contract position offering competitive pay up to $25/hour
- Hands?on exposure to essential HR functions
