Front Desk Administrator - Community Property Location: Federal Way Schedule: Full-time, Onsite Assignment: Contract LHH is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to support daily operations for a community property office. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a resident-facing environment, maintains strong organization, and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and tenants. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and community partners with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; route messages to appropriate staff
  • Assist with resident paperwork, forms, notices, and general administrative support
  • Maintain front desk organization, lobby cleanliness, and entry logs
  • Support property management team with filing, scheduling, and data entry tasks
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and managing office supply inventory
  • Coordinate access requests, visitor passes, and community room reservations
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working with diverse resident populations in a community housing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems a plus
  • Organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Professional presentation and a commitment to excellent service
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
