Front Desk Administrator - Community Property Location: Federal Way Schedule: Full-time, Onsite Assignment: Contract LHH is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to support daily operations for a community property office. - Greet residents, guests, vendors, and community partners with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; route messages to appropriate staff
- Assist with resident paperwork, forms, notices, and general administrative support
- Maintain front desk organization, lobby cleanliness, and entry logs
- Support property management team with filing, scheduling, and data entry tasks
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and managing office supply inventory
- Coordinate access requests, visitor passes, and community room reservations
- 1-2 years of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with diverse resident populations in a community housing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems a plus
- Organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple priorities
- Professional presentation and a commitment to excellent service
