Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customer operations for a growing organization in King of Prussia, PA. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers while handling order entry and order management activities. The ideal candidate has prior experience processing orders and providing high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems
- Perform order entry, updates, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery details
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, product availability, and order status
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting to resolve order-related issues
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, returns, and customer concerns
- Maintain accurate customer and order records while ensuring data integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
- Prior order entry experience is required
- 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related support roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP or order management systems preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both onsite and remotely in a hybrid environment
