- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and requests
- Track, escalate, and communicate customer concerns while ensuring timely follow-up
- Support Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus, but not required
