Catalog Specialist (Contract) - HybridLocation: HybridPay Rate: $30-$33/hourEmployment Type: ContractSchedule: Standard business hoursAbout the RoleWe're seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Specialist to manage digital shelf content and product data across major e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys optimizing product visibility and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for catalog management needs across Amazon and other retailer platforms.Perform item setup, maintenance, and updates, including images, videos, and marketing content.Utilize tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and other digital shelf platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Brandbank).Audit and ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, and promotional content.Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to gather product specifications and assets.Track and report on catalog performance metrics; leverage Excel and other analytics tools for insights.Support promotional campaigns and seasonal updates across e-commerce channels.QualificationsRequired: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central platforms.Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).Background in Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-commerce.Preferred: Familiarity with Salsify or similar content syndication tools.Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hourSearch managed by: Stephanie Peckerofsky Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
