This role supports multiple clients and works closely with accountants and CPAs to ensure accurate financial records and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate has a solid bookkeeping foundation, hands-on payroll experience, and enjoys working in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including payroll tax filings and reports
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform bank and account reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end close
- Maintain organized and accurate client financial records
- Communicate with internal team members and clients regarding accounting matters
- 2 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Experience working with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Associate's degree or higher preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
- Stable, professional CPA firm environment
- Exposure to a variety of clients and industries
