The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including taxes, deductions, and wage adjustments.
- Serve as backup to the Payroll Manager and assist with day-to-day payroll operations.
- Support payroll system implementation, testing, and process improvements, including the transition to Oracle Fusion.
- Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist with payroll-related accounting functions, including general ledger reporting and reconciliations.
- Partner with leadership and accounting teams to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.
- 3 years of payroll processing experience with strong end-to-end payroll knowledge.
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes, compliance, and regulations.
- Certified Payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and related accounting functions.
- Oracle Fusion experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential payroll information
