What You'll Do
- Serve as a key administrative resource for the finance department and assist with daily operational activities
- Manage, organize, and maintain client files, financial records, and supporting documentation
- Accurately enter, update, and track information within company databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure records remain current and accessible
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
- Monitor inbound communications and direct requests to the appropriate team members
- Coordinate meeting logistics, maintain calendars, and schedule appointments
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide support for departmental projects and additional administrative initiatives as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support position
- Prior experience within financial services, banking, accounting, or another professional office setting is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
- Strong professional judgment and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to successfully complete a credit check and background screening
- Pay Range: $22 - $24/hr
