The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, collections, and creditors' rights matters
- Manage case files, court deadlines, and filings in Oregon and Washington
- Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of matters while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with legal assistants and communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
- 3 years of paralegal experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, creditors' rights, or collections
- Knowledge of Oregon and Washington court procedures
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foreclosure processes preferred
- Paralegal certificate or formal paralegal education preferred
- Hybrid schedule available following successful completion of training
