Administrative Assistant Contract to HirePay: $24-$26 and hour. Up to 55K when perm.100% onsite Purpose Provide administrative and technical support to the engineering team, ensuring efficient execution of custom projects, accurate documentation, and timely completion of tasks. Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for custom projects and engineering initiatives.Maintain accurate engineering documentation and compliance records.Representative ResponsibilitiesCustom Project SupportCoordinate and track progress of custom projects to ensure timely completion.Prepare ERP estimates and generate work orders for project execution.Administer conversion of custom projects into standard stock items.Compile and distribute Post-Mortem and Custom Metrics reports.Schedule, organize, and document Post-Mortem meetings.Engineering SupportEnter and maintain stock codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system.Monitor and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure timely completion.Oversee Material Review Board (MRB) activities and manage Corrective Action Requests (CARs).Provide administrative assistance for prototype development and product testing.Engineering DocumentationDraft, edit, and maintain manuals, assembly instructions, and quality control procedures.Prepare, update, and file compliance reports in accordance with company standards.Additional ResponsibilitiesComplete special projects and ad-hoc requests promptly and accurately.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.Effective problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hourSearch managed by: Tracy Galarza Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
