Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and reconcile tenant accounts
- Perform cash application and accurately post daily receipts
- Handle collections, following up on past-due balances with professionalism and consistency
- Communicate tenant account discrepancies and resolve in a timely manner
- Prepare AR aging reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide a high level of customer service internally and externally.
- Partner with property managers and accounting leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting
- 2 years of accounts receivable experience required
- Hands-on experience with collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
- Prior AR experience in a customer focused role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
